Content
Workers participating in the network of safety and hygiene workers, in addition to the prescribed occupational safety and hygiene training content, also receive additional training on the skills and operating methods of safety and hygiene workers.

Time
Total training time is at least 4 hours in addition to the training content on occupational safety and hygiene.

Update knowledge and skills
At least once every 2 years, from the effective date of the Training Certificate, the trained person must attend a training course to review the trained knowledge and update safety knowledge and skills. , occupational hygiene. Training time is at least 50% of the first training time

Instructor standards
1. Training on policies and laws on occupational safety and hygiene
a) People with a university degree or higher and at least 03 years working in research, policy development, law, inspection, examination, and management of occupational safety and hygiene;
b) People with a college degree and at least 04 years working in research, policy development, law, inspection, examination, and management of occupational safety and hygiene.
2. Training on professional content of occupational safety and hygiene and basic knowledge of occupational safety and hygiene:
a) People with a university degree or higher and at least 03 years working in construction or organizing the implementation of occupational safety and hygiene;
b) People with a college degree and at least 04 years working in construction, organizing and implementing occupational safety and hygiene;
c) People who work in occupational safety and hygiene at enterprises not covered by Points a and b of this Clause and have at least 5 years of working in occupational safety and hygiene.
